Mo Dhaliwal

Director of Client Services


After studying business administration at the University of the Fraser Valley, Mo’s passion for software and web technologies took him to Silicon Valley where he continued building a decade of experience in software development and internet marketing.

Mo has worked to shatter barriers between people and encourage cross-cultural understanding, most notably through the creation of the Vancouver International Bhangra Celebration Society. Mo has been recognized as a “cultural navigator” for his cultural marketing campaigns
and ability to connect clients with their audiences through arts and culture.

In addition to bringing his many talents to the team at Skyrocket, Mo serves on the board of the Alliance for Arts and Culture, is a member of the Multicultural Advisory Council of British Columbia and continues to collaborate with creative minds across the country to experiment with arts and culture as a means for social change.

David Taylor

Managing Director


After completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Mount Allison, his career took him into the video game industry where he managed the distribution strategies for some of today’s leading video game publishers.

David brings over 15 years of international experience in building brands for organizations in Canada, the USA, Brazil, and the Caribbean. He has served as a start-up consultant, brand strategist, and business advisor to a wide range of start-up organizations and has raised over $5 Million in investment capital for start-up organizations during his career.



 

His career has involved traditional and new media projects for Electronic Arts, Mercedes Benz, McDonalds, The University of Toronto, and Toronto Community Housing. He is inspired by working with entrepreneurs and business leaders to create brands and go-to-market strategies for their organizations.

Michael Parks

Creative Director


After graduating from the prestigious Ogilvy & Mather (Red & Yellow) School in Cape Town, Mike made his way to London, UK, where at a boutique studio he worked with most printed mediums, developing a love for type design.

Having moved to Vancouver Michael's focus has long shifted to digital, his passion for UI design is fueled by the user experience, and the quest to design beautiful & functional sites that deliver results. Mike has over ten years of experience with branding, and whether creating or updating a brand,
he looks to the key attributes of different media, to deliver the most targeted and functional message, combining tone and design innovation to create the personality that is the brand.

His career has included projects for Mercedes Benz, Penguin Books, the British Broadcasting Corporation, Live Nation, and the University of British Columbia.
